Friday, August 13th "Annual Friday get together"....Good time to see friends that came from a distance. 6:00 - The Eagles - cash bar- 1776 Pokegama Ave in Grand Rapids. We have the upper level in the bar at the Eagles reserved for us. Saturday, August 14th 2:00 PM - Come to Phil Janicke's on lake Pokegama for a good ol 50's picnic. If you would like to bring something to share feel free to do so. We will have Hot dogs, Polish, soft drinks, beans, coldslaw, cake and ice cream. If you wish wine or beer please bring your own. We will also provide plates, utensils, napkins and the condiments. We will start the plans for the 50th Reunion and need your input..and help. Directions to Phil's: From downtown go South on 169 across the bridge to Sugar Lake road (county road 17). Go about 3.1 miles and turn right on Moose Point Rd. (Co Rd 239). Go about 1.7 miles and turn right on South Moose Point Road (Co Rd 464). Go to 20818 S. Moose Point Rd. Please bring the address with you..the first Janicke mailbox is not Phil's. Phone 218 326-3315 Sunday, August 15th This year we are leaving Sunday open...so make your plans on your own.
